About Lakeville
The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.
Lakeville Pony Club operates with a mission centered on educating children in horse management, teamwork, and collaboration. Through our programs, we strive to prepare young equestrians to take on responsibility and leadership roles, both in the barn and within the wider community. Members of the club learn mounted sports, and essential horse care skills, gaining opportunities to develop leadership, character, and confidence. Working together as a team, our members form meaningful bonds while caring for their horses and ponies, growing into responsible and capable individuals.
USPC Pony Clubs and Riding Centers are assigned to one of 41 geographical regions, which are administered by a volunteer Regional Supervisor (RS) and other appointed and elected officers. Regions offer additional activities and opportunities for members and support for the club and center leaders under their administration.
Lakeville Pony Club is part of the New York/Upper Connecticut Region.
